“No one will protect what they don't care about; and no one will care about what they have never experienCed”
- SIR David ATTENBOROUGH
One of the most rewarding and yet most challenging things to do in life is to care.
At Nature's Racers our aim is to encourage people of all ages to notice, care about, and protect nature.
It's free to care, yet doing so can be nothing short of heroic.
We salute all heroes who care about nature and invite them to join the race to protect it.
Albert Einstein once said "The only source of knowledge is experience".
At Nature's Racers we believe that as well as knowledge, a deep sense of wellbeing and happiness also comes from experiencing nature first hand. We run eco-clubs, nature trails, sports activities, quizzes and other biophillic events to create opportunities for people to connect with the natural world around them.
Humanity’s impact on the Earth is now so profound that a new geological epoch – the Anthropocene - is upon us.
The way we choose to live our lives is having a devastating impact on the very nature we depend upon.
As individuals the road to recovery can feel overwhleming.
"The only impossible journey is the one you never begin." - Tony Robbins
"Do what you can, where you are, with what you have." - Theodore Roosevelt
As well as inviting people to find happiness by connecting with nature, we also encourage them to see non-commercial value in it. At Nature's Racers we ask people to think of one small thing each day that they will do to help protect nature. We believe that #TogetherWeCan bring about positive change for future generations - of all species.
